Enrolments
We have 50 places for Kindergarten each year as 2 groups of 25 children attend in
a five-day fortnight. Therefore there is just one group in attendance with
a Teacher and two Educators each day.
Children’s names are taken on our waiting list from birth and are offered placements in order from the list. You are also welcome to phone, or make an appointment to visit the centre and see the program in action.
Tours are conducted in the mornings Monday - Friday. Please phone 07-54481702 or

Enrolment is offered in two groups:
Kindergarten
Mon-Tues-Weds
For children aged 3.5-4.5 years
(Children must be 3.5 years by 1st January.)
Mondays, Tuesdays and alternate Wednesdays.
Kindergarten
Weds-Thurs-Fri
For children aged 3.5-4.5 years
(Children must be 3.5 years by 1st January.)
Thursdays, Fridays and alternate Wednesdays.

Eligible-Age Year of Attendance for Kindergarten
Your child must be 4 years old by June 30 to participate in a Queensland Government-subsidised Approved Kindergarten Program.
Families have the option to discuss with the individual Kindergarten Service undertaking delayed entry to Kindergarten or delayed exit from Kindergarten as relevant for their child.

How to add your child's name to the Waiting List
Please note that our Waiting List for 2023 is already very long. While you are still welcome to put your child’s name down on this list, we cannot guarantee that they will be offered a place.

The waiting list fee is $30 and is non-refundable.
Offers for each group begin around August of the year before. Please ensure that your child’s details are up-to-date for ease of contact. If you have not heard from us and would like to know how the offers are going, please contact us.
Please note, the 2022 waiting list is quite long already and while you are welcome to add your child's name, we cannot guarantee your child will be offered a place.
Playgroup
Playgroup is also offered the year before your child starts kindy. Only 12 children are offered a place (each attending with a parent/carer)
3 children attend once a week
(either Monday or Tuesday or Thursday or Friday) from 9:15-10:45am
There is no separate waiting list for Playgroup. Places will be offered according to the standard waiting list for the following kindy year
